Artwork by Young People in South Ayrshire Schools.
Since its inception in 1977, the Maclaurin Art Exhibition has provided opportunity for young people in schools to exhibit their artwork in the galleries to a wider community.
The 2010 exhibition showcases the variety of art and craft created in South Ayrshire by young people from nursery and primary to secondary school S3 level. The work ranges from group works to individual drawings, paintings, prints and three-dimensional work in clay, paper and mixed media. The exhibition is a colourful and inspirational delight to view for all ages of visitors.
